Objectives of the Position
Coordination of all technical, commercial and material management operations for the customer's plant and binding of customer including responsibility to implement strategy fixed for account concerned and achieve customer satisfaction
Main Tasks
Implement the account strategy and meet set-up target goals (supply shares, sales volumn, products, prices etc.) at the customer's site
Act as central contact and window person for the customer and interpret customer needs and requirements within internal units; Solve all tasks in cooperation with internal units
Analyze deviations in consumption / quality and follows up with action; Derive and coordinate actions for coatings process optimization
Ensure both technical and commercial reporting as well as direct internal communication and provide company with key products’ figures (i.e. material usage,
storage situation etc.) for continuous improvement
People management
Ensure all activities and processes meet internal and external EHS standards
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
Education: Bachelor or above in Business Management or chemical-related majors
Working Experience: at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Coatings industry
